- Statement of accuracy: Include a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

What Happens After We Receive Your Notice?
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will notify the user who posted the content in question, and they may provide a counter-notification if they believe the content was removed or disabled in error.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content has been removed in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To file a counter-notification, please provide the following:
- Your contact information.
- Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to jurisdiction in the appropriate federal court and to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
Please send your counter-notification to [email protected]. Once we receive your counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant for further action.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we have adopted a policy to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers when appropriate. If you are a repeat infringer, your access to our website may be suspended or terminated.
